The U.S. Department of Commerce has published the final results of its countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review on stainless steel flanges from India (C-533-878). The finalized rates will determine importer assessments for subject merchandise from Pradeep Metals entered between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022.
Commerce confirmed that no changes were made from the preliminary findings of this review.
Updated Cash Deposit Requirements
Effective February 25, 2025, the following CVD cash deposit rates will apply:

For companies not included in this review—including five firms for which the review was initially requested but later rescinded—Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will continue to collect cash deposits at the most recent company-specific rate or the all-others rate, as applicable.
