The CATAIR V92 Entry Summary Create/Update document has been revised to incorporate the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Custom User Fees. The revised documentation can be accessed on the ACE Automated Broker Interface (ABI) at the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) page, available under the ‘Current Capabilities’ tab at CBP CATAIR page.
This revision details the FY25 adjustments to specific customs user fees and their respective limits relevant to entry summaries:
- The Formal Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) (code 499) has been updated to a minimum of $32.71 and a maximum of $634.62;
- The Informal MPF (code 311), applicable to automated processes not prepared by CBP personnel, is now set at $2.62;
- The Dutiable Mail Fee (code 496) has been adjusted to $7.20;
- The Surcharge for Manual Entry or Release (code 500) has been updated to $3.93.
These adjusted fees and limitations will be applied to importations starting October 1, 2024. They will also apply to any entry summary pre-filed before this date if the actual entry date is on or after October 1, 2024.
These updates are available in both the Certification and Production environments of the CBP system.
